September 2011 - The Island President February 2011 - The Island President received a generous grant from Ford Foundation's new documentary unit, Just Films. Other funders include the MacArthur Foundation, ITVS, Impact Partners, Atlantic Philanthropies, and The Sundance Documentary Fund.This feature documentary, about President Mohamed Nasheed of the Maldives, will go into distribution this Spring.
Catapult Film Fund
